Susanna has a highly engaged social following, runs award winning trainings, regularly teaches to organizations like the UN, Yoga Journal, Peloton as well as local schools, studios, nonprofits, businesses and professional organizations and has 250K+ followers across social platforms with millions of impressions monthly.

I was super shy & yoga was the key to unlocking my voice. Growing up with yoga and as a mixed, shy immigrant girl in the U.S., I found my soul's call in the power of this amazing practice. 

I also know increasing your visibility can be daunting but it’s key to personal and social change. There’s people who can ONLY learn yoga the way you share it. The world needs you!

One day, in the face of a world that never wanted to hear from me, I poured my soul, grief, joys and wishes for decolonized yoga out in words. I found others who resonated with my message, and since then I’ve led trainings, workshops, given talks and written a bestselling book.

I’ve discovered that real change is possible - personally and socially - and that it comes when we share our truth. This is why I’ve created this yoga visibility challenge. I'm excited to share what has worked for me - with you. To uplift the stories that only YOU can tell. YOU are a VITAL VOICE!
